RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Spirit and Rebel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at spiritandrebelshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at spiritandrebelshop@gmail.com.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at spiritandrebelshop@gmail.com.

Cancel a placed order

Canceling an already placed or shipped order is not possible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at spiritandrebelshop@gmail.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear and earrings. Please make sure to carefully review your purchase and check sizing before making your payment as our sizing is accurate. All sales for these items are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Sale items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, no exceptions. Any sale items which are returned will be refused.

Exchanges

If your product is eligible for a return (kindly see above information): The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Taxes and Duties (Non-US countries)

Orders from some countries outside of the US may be subject to local customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Spirit and Rebel. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.
