Order Processing

  • We process & package orders within 1‑5 business days (orders placed Sat/Sun or public holidays start processing the next business day).
  • If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages to speed delivery.

Tracking Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
  • Didn’t get an e‑mail? Check your Spam or “Promotions” folder. Also make sure you haven’t unsubscribed to our emails.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from, but if something’s not right, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, email us first. If approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
  •  Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Items returned without prior approval or in used condition may be refused or refunded with a deduction for loss in value.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, email us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Swimwear
• Lingerie
• Earrings

Please double-check sizing and product details before purchase. All sales for these items are final.

Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

Our digital items—such as wallpapers, guides, templates, and printable art—are delivered instantly.
As soon as you complete checkout, your download link appears on the confirmation page and is also emailed to you.

Because digital files are available immediately, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you ever have trouble accessing your files, simply reach out and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.


Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. We cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for discounted items—no exceptions.

Wedding Dresses — Custom-Made & Tailored Per Order

Many of our wedding dresses are made-to-order, meaning they are handcrafted specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, manufacturing times and return policies can vary by design.

For the most accurate details, please check the product page of the specific dress you’re considering. Each dress includes its own shipping timeline, tailoring information, and return/refund eligibility.

Made-to-order gowns often follow different rules than regular items, so reviewing the product-specific information ensures you know exactly what to expect before purchasing. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return your item and place a new order for the desired size or style.

 


Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments. Sale prices are valid only during active sale periods.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed, our system processes it promptly to ensure quick and efficient delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Canceling an already placed or shipped order is not possible.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE : Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Sunset and swim are not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 55 business days for US orders and 75 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

Successful Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is marked as ‘delivered’ by the designated courier service, we consider the item successfully delivered. In the event of concerns or issues with a delivered package, customers are encouraged to contact the courier service directly for assistance. 

Courier delays

Kindly note that Shipping times are estimates. If a shipping delay occurs, this is due to circumstances of the shipping and freight companies, and out of our Shop’s control. Our Shop is not responsible if the order is not delivered by the estimated shipping times as these delays are unforeseen and we cannot be held liable for courier delays. We will not refund or cancel orders if the courier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

Spirit and Rebel is not responsible for:
– Courier delays
– International Duties or Customs charges
– Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The courier will be responsible once the package has been dispatched.
– Products marked delivered by the courier according to tracking. You will need to contact your Post Office to obtain information regarding your package:

– If the courier could not reach you after several attempts, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases your order will not be refunded. You will need to pay an additional US$20 shipping and handling fee for the package to be re-delivered to you.
